Refund Policy

User Experience Commitment:

We are dedicated to providing the best user experience for our users. However, certain instances need clarification:

Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Strikerspot may, at its sole discretion, allow a Player to cancel a transaction and receive a refund under the following circumstances:

The player can cancel the payment by sending a written request to Strikerspot from the registered email address; or

If the cancellation request is received at least 2 days in advance of the round's commencement, the payment may be refunded.

Refunds, issued at the discretion of Strikerspot, will be processed after deducting any applicable cancellation charges and taxes. Players may need to agree to additional terms and conditions at the time of the transaction, with such terms prevailing in case of conflicts.

Refunds are processed using the same mode/financial instrument as deposits and may take up to 5-7 working days for processing by the internal review team.

All winnings are subject to tax deductions ("TDS") under the Income Tax Act 1961, with details documented in TDS certificates provided to winners. Other applicable taxes, such as income taxes and gift taxes, must be paid by the Winners.

Strikerspot reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
